It all began when a six year old was dragged to a dance class.
You see, my father had just passed away and my family thought it would be a good idea for me to pick up a hobby (and to get a rambunctious wild child out of my grieving mother’s hair). Little did I know that signing up for a silly dance class would be the very thing that would eventually save my life and lead me down the path of a career where I would help women heal themselves and feel confident in whichever part of their lives journey they are in.

Through a structured approach of progressive overload, this program gradually increases the intensity each week, pushing your muscles to adapt with heavier weights or more reps. While noticeable muscle changes typically begin around 8 weeks, the full 12 weeks will ensure lasting results and keep you motivated. With three personal check-ins with Caitlin, you'll receive the guidance and support needed to stay on track and achieve your goals with confidence.
