Private training is available both virtually and in-person at the same convenient price. In-person sessions can be conducted at my location or at yours (a travel fee may apply). Each session is customized to meet your specific needs and goals, with a focus on Pilates, athletic conditioning, strength training, physical therapy fundamentals, pelvic floor coaching, or a combination of these modalities. My extensive experience allows for greater flexibility in tailoring sessions to suit your unique requirements.

Sessions are available in 30, 45, or 60-minute durations. For new clients, an initial fitness consultation is required, followed by a discounted 60-minute session. These sessions are essential for me to assess your fitness level, goals, and any specific needs you may have. During the consultation, we’ll review your health history, discuss any injuries or limitations, and clarify your fitness objectives—whether that’s building strength, increasing flexibility, managing stress, or improving overall wellness. The first 60-minute session will focus on foundational movements, alignment corrections, breathing techniques, an introduction to equipment, and a complete workout, including a proper warm-up and cool-down.

Following our initial full session, we will review my available offerings and collaborate to establish a personalized plan that best aligns with your goals, preferred session duration, and weekly frequency.
